Crafted with precision and passion, our Blanc de Blanc is a sparkling wine of exceptional finesse, made exclusively from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes grown at Ashwood Estate. Produced using the time-honoured Méthode Traditionnelle, the same technique perfected in the Champagne region of France, this wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle - creating delicate, fine bubbles and a beautifully layered, complex flavour profile.
This dedication to traditional craftsmanship hasn’t gone unnoticed—our Blanc de Blanc was awarded "Best Sparkling Wine in Show" at the Adelaide Hills Wine Show in 2014, a testament to its quality and consistency.
Unlike other production techniques such as the Charmat or tank method, which offer a more straightforward style of sparkling wine, the Méthode Traditionnelle imparts depth, elegance, and a refined character that elevates every celebration—or makes an ordinary moment something special.

Our Malcolm Creek Vineyard, nestled on the border of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley, enjoys a microclimate unlike any other. While the Adelaide Hills isn't traditionally known for Cabernet, our unique location captures the best of both worlds: the cool-climate elegance of the Hills and the powerful structure of the Barossa.
The result? A Cabernet Sauvignon that is distinctive, balanced, and full of character. Unlike the bold, heavy reds of the Barossa or the intensely structured Cabernets of Coonawarra, ours offers refined tannins, layered complexity, and a vibrant acidity that ensures both approachability in youth and outstanding aging potential.

Crafted from our youngest, most vibrant estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon vines, this wine is a bold step forward that stays true to our roots. Handpicked and made with the same care and craftsmanship that defines all of our wines, Zoe Rosé is both a celebration of new beginnings and a tribute to our enduring commitment to single-vineyard, estate-grown winemaking.
Named after our granddaughter, Zoe is a deeply personal expression—light, bright, and full of life. Delicate aromas of ripe strawberries and zesty citrus are lifted by crisp minerality and a clean, refreshing finish. It’s a Rosé with elegance, energy, and a clear sense of place.
