Discovering Malcolm Creek was a revelation. The Cabernet Sauvignon is well balanced across all vintages, well-bodied but not overpowering, and the flavours are able to speak for themselves. My problem is cellaring them for long enough to do them justice! The addition of the Sauvignon Blanc has been a revelation- It has become our refreshing summer wine of choice and has well and truly put our focus back on Australian Sauvignon!!!
